John, Skipper Mts Amulet
As a young boy, John already dreamt about working on the waters.
In 2012, he met with Ton & Igor from AMS at the Wereldhavendagen.
After joining during a holiday, he was sold.
AMS Barging helped him to get his papers and now, he is the
skipper on Mts Amulet. By working hard, he learned a lot and
achieved his dreams.

Dorin, Helmsman Mts Jade
Helmsman Dorin is 40 years old and is originally from Romania.
He has always worked on vessels, in various markets, such as
passenger, container and dry bulk.
Since 3 years, he has joined AMS Barging. At first, it was hard to
adapt to this new type of barging, but it makes him very happy
right now. Every day is different, every day has different tasks.
