In your role as helmsman, you will be trained to develop yourself for the next phase of your career. Your leadership skills will be tested, while taking responsibility for the maintenance of the vessel. Anticipation and collaboration are key for a leader like you.
Our captains are more than happy to share their leadership skills with you, to help you take the next step in your career of becoming skipper or captain. From day one, you’ll learn how to help the crew, while managing responsibilities. In short, you’re the allround player in the field!
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Helmsman qualification in blue book
- Good command of English
- Ambitious, involved, result-oriented
